As an Art Director you bring with yourself your passion for imagery and at least two – three years of experience being on the job as an Art Director. We presume that you have already put in additional years as a Graphic Designer and Illustration/Conceptual artist in your career.
The job of an Art Director would be to ensure a continuous flow of creative and innovative ideas to a wide portfolio of art and design challenges. You will work independently or along with a team of artists to deliver exceptional design and creative imagery. As a prospective candidate you will be required to display a high degree of skill and talent in conceptualizing design briefs and executing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspire and generate innovative concepts, creative designs, renderings and ideas.
Produce stylish content and artworks of high standard to show off creative ideas and concepts using Storyboards, renderings, product documents and layouts, sketches, etc.
Direct, supervise and lead artists working within the team, off-site or freelancers and deliver within deadlines.
Assist and support the Creative Directors, Producers and others within the art department with the pitch, pre-production and production stages of every project.
Co-ordinate between CG artists and CG supervisors, communicating and directing the requirements to achieve the end goals for project.
Bring creativity and innovative designs to the table.
Work in a senior role to help, support, lead and motivate the art teams to achieve effective results.
Deliver to exemplary standards and beyond expectations within the stipulated time.
Keep a continuous line of communication and collaboration with the client, suggest design ideas and make recommendations and changes with designs and concepts when and where required.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years experience in the role of Art Director.
An exhaustive portfolio that would reflect work styles like Storyboard, Concept Design, Illustration, Colour Scripts, and Production Design etc.
A keen and critical eye for detail with respect to Colour, lighting, composition, design, style, framing etc.
Should be able to work with different styles.
Ability to supervise and lead other artists.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, should be able to communicate clearly and precisely the art and design related needs of the client to the team and coordinate between client and management.
Strong managerial skills and ability to take decisions independently.
Expertise in the use of Adobe CC.
