- Must be hardworking and enthusiastic
- Excellent knowledge about the process of making a feature film
- Working closely with film producer and film director and to teach artists about the to be shoot scene.
- Basic knowledge of operating of continuity sheet, types of film shots, operation a clapper board and log shots
