Role:
– Continue to develop CNN coverage of India and south Asia, writing smart takes on daily top business and finance news, and generating relevant enterprise storylines.
– Explain the challenges facing global brands as they try to grab an ever bigger slice of India’s growing wealth.
– Examine the big trends that are reshaping economies in the region.
– The selected person will have to Work closely with the Delhi bureau,CNN correspondents in the region, promoting collaboration in video appearing on air as required, and generating ideas for series that would work across TV and digital.
Required Qualifications:
Those with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in journalism or related field with 3-5 years of on-the-job newsroom experience and sound knowledge of economic impact of events and issues across Asia Pacific
