Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brand, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed

Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities

Uncover social insights and develop Facebook solutions that drive the key business goals of our top clients

Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine

Work with Product and Engineering to refine your ideas for maximum impact on the Facebook Platform

Be a thought leader on how social technology is fundamentally changing brand marketing

Create: Actual creation of communication on key Lighthouse project briefs from clients to showcase what great creative on Facebook and Instagram look like.

Co-create: Work together and mentor ( workshops/ training/ brainstorming etc.) creative agency teams of key clients as partners to influence creative quality on scale.

Evangelise: Continue to drive the platform narrative in industry forums ( industry events/ peer sessions etc.) to drive Facebook thought leadership in the digital creative space.
Requirements

Need to have the most world class art and design portfolio. The ability to make ideas look amazing. An ability to create impact, emption, ideas and a unique identity with visuals and imagery.

Must be experienced in films, cinematography, art direction, typography, contextual or ambient playing with space and delightful design.

Someone who has a great eye for art and the ability to source and supervise specialists. But is also hands on, enjoys making layouts, shooting stuff, experimenting with techniques and so on, will flourish in this role. Must not be an armchair art director.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

8+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising

Experience developing strategically grounded, brilliant creative applied in digital and offline mediums

Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms

Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done at Facebook – this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here

Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills. Being able to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation is also quite important
