The Printers Mysore is looking for dynamic video content producers to join its digital team. If you are passionate about creating short videos on a wide range of topics – tech, film, culture, sports, politics – this is the job for you. The role includes creating original content in addition to following up on print stories in the Deccan Herald and Prajavani.
Desired skills
Ability to think and script visually for short features and news stories for a young audience
Must be able to pitch for shows and work independently on creating fresh and appealing story telling formats, visual look and structure.
A presence on social media and an understanding of it is crucial.
Must work to deadlines and find indigenous solutions to challenges.
Must be willing to take ownership of a project from pre to post production
Should be able to co-ordinate all aspects of a shoot.
Enthusiasm and ability to keep calm and think through tough situations mandatory.
Must be a team player.
