Job Responsibilities:
Commercial and feature digital colorist.Digital color-correction on Da vinici Resolve.Responsibilities include assisting senior colorists and with pre-grading, color tracing, rendering and QC.Provide general support of the digital intermediate theaters, set-up of Da vinci Resolve, Barco digital projector.Daily calibration of screening rooms using light meter/spectrometer.Understanding the proper set-up of LUT applications and video routing to monitors and projectors.Video I/O using Avid, Da Vinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.Experience with reading laboratory aim densities of film prints.Interface directly with filmmakers, DI producers and engineering staff on a daily basis.
Job Qualifications:
Proficient understanding of digital intermediate production.2-3 years of experience with the Da Vinci resolve application.Proficient with general computer applications and functions.Exposure to data I/O practices and procedures related to a digital intermediate operation with a strong aptitude to adopt new technologies.Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure and with customer supervision.Exceptional interpersonal skills.
